Order Process
Orders with KBM Sweets are placed through WhatsApp.
Customers are required to provide accurate order details, including:
1.Product name and quantity
2.Customer name
3.Mobile number
4.Complete delivery address
Any other information required to process the order
After receiving the order details, our team will confirm the order and provide the necessary payment instructions.
An order will be considered confirmed only after the order details have been accepted and payment has been successfully received.
Payment Terms
KBM Sweets accepts online payments for orders placed through WhatsApp.
Payment instructions will be shared with the customer after the order details have been confirmed.
The order will be processed for packing and delivery after successful payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Pricing
Product prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
The applicable price will be confirmed with the customer before the order is finalized.
Shipping and delivery charges are additional unless specifically communicated otherwise.
Order Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact KBM Sweets through WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Cancellation may be possible only before the order has been processed for packing or dispatch.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of food products.
Shipping and Delivery
After the order is confirmed and payment is received, KBM Sweets will carefully pack and dispatch the order to the delivery address provided by the customer.

4.Availability
5.Unforeseen circumstances during transit
The expected delivery time will be communicated to the customer through WhatsApp whenever applicable.
Shipping charges are payable by the customer and may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping service.
